It is official! The start of the holiday season is here! At least for me it is!! I was so excited to hear Christmas music on the radio today! This is my most favorite time of the year! My husband laughs at me but every year…….. but the day after Halloween I start listening to Christmas music! It just so happened that 104.7 the fish was playing Christmas music today October 31 which is also Halloween and what David calls reformation day in honor of Martin Luther.
We try not overly get into Halloween. It has kind of been a tradition to get together with our dear friends the Lindleys and take pictures of the kids in costumes and then we go to the church I grew up at for their annual fall festival. That is what we did tonight but we also headed down to Griffen to check out a festival there and then ate at Truetts Grill. We had a great time of fellowship with our friends and the kids enjoyed the different activities the churches provided. Nathan dressed as Buzz Lightyear and Luke dressed up as Nemo and I have to say he was the cutest Nemo I have ever seen. Here are some pictures of our evening. Enjoy!
