My sweet Ebear had an allergic reaction to sunscreen!! Mind you this is the same brand sunscreen I have used on him all his life - a sweet three years. What in the world?? Don't worry I gave him some meds and put some calming lotion on his body - poor guy!! It's time for this super-mom to find the right sunscreen for my littlest man! You know we live at the pool in the summer so I have to find a solution!!

Hi! I just came across you blog and my daughter had an allergic reaction yesterday to her sunscreen. What did you put on him? I have given her bynadril. But she is so itchy. I feel so bad although we have used it on her before also! I cried when I saw her little face and tummy this morning! Thanks for your help, Jen.
Hi Jen - we actually used Claritin. The same thing happened with E we had used the same sunscreen for years!! I now use Aveeno baby and he seems to do fine with that. Hope this helps!
