Anyway, it is nice to "meet" you! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Lauren and I'm sure you must be just as sweet and God-loving as her.

Looks like hunting season has opened at your house!! I have Tripp's "shepherding" book, but haven't purchased "instructing" yet. I think it would be a great companion!

And I nearly wrote on my post today that my kids are in a season where they need constant "staking," but I thought that nobody would know what it meant! Hahahah. You're right, I don't see eye to eye with her on everything, but just as with the Pearls (To Train up a Child), there are some great and practical points and tips.

Hi! Good to hear from you (on our blog). Glad you and the boys (David included) are doing well. We're looking forward to seeing you in December (and might I say...eating some Chick fil a...) Books...I've started listening to some on the ipod (like, Donald Whitney's Spiritual Disciplines or Crazy Love by Francis Chan- highly suggested). First, this salad sounds yummy. Second, go to my blog and click "follow" again. If you follow in google reader, you'll need to manually change my URL there, as well as manually changing the URL in your internet browser's bookmarks/favorites/etc. You also could try listing the blog in your "blogroll" gadget on your settings page. Any of those should clear it up! :)

So sweet! I have a deep place in my heart for the military as well, so it makes me smile to think of your husband modeling thankfulness and respect towards our armed forces for your children to see.
